VACANCY – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Executive Assistant

The incumbent will be required to coordinate the executive functions and provide
support to the Private Sector Commission.


Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Reconciling the accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.

Provide administrative support to the Council, Executive Management and
Internal and External Meetings of the Commission.

Supervise the coordination of events, seminars, and workshops.

Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action points in a timely
manner.

Prepare letters, meeting requests and other pertinent documents for the
smooth flow of information

Essential Qualifications

Education:

Recognized degree in the Social Sciences OR

Eight subjects CXC (inclusive of Mathematics and English Language).

Experience:

A minimum of two (2) years of working experience in a similar capacity

Language:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Business Communication will be an asset).

Knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels
