Membership Sub-Committee
Purpose: The Membership Sub-Committee is established to promote the interests of the members of the Private Sector Commission (PSC), address their concerns, and enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
Objectives
1. Advocate for the interests and needs of PSC members.
2. Facilitate communication and interaction among members.
3. Address and resolve members' concerns and issues promptly.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance member benefits and services.
5. Increase membership growth and retention.
Responsibilities
1. Member Advocacy:
Represent members' interests in PSC discussions and initiatives.
Collect and address feedback from members regarding PSC activities and policies.
2. Communication:
Facilitate effective communication channels between the PSC and its members.
Organize regular meetings, forums, and networking events for members.
3. Concern Resolution:
Establish a process for members to raise concerns and issues.
Address and resolve member concerns in a timely and effective manner.
4. Membership Benefits:
Evaluate and enhance the benefits and services provided to members.
Develop new programs and initiatives to support member businesses.
5. Membership Growth:
Implement strategies to attract new members.
